Mulit-Use Development Proposals

I have found the perfect development oppurtinty for a mulit use 5 story building in a super good arean in Manhattan. I am looking for a case study for the layout of a proposal and business plan for the project. I am looking for private investment for the projejct and am still to calculate my construction and covering costs. Looking for the layout of the actual proposal. Please advice

    Hi Nancy,

    I think he was asking for a proposal layout or an example of a project someone else pitched so they can use it as an outline.

    hi woodsong. yes this is city of atlanta proper. approx 10-12 units. currently going thru neighborhood approval.
