I have found the perfect development oppurtinty for a mulit use 5 story building in a super good arean in Manhattan.
I am looking for a case study for the layout of a proposal and business plan for the project.
I am looking for private investment for the projejct and am still to calculate my construction and covering costs.
Looking for the layout of the actual proposal.
