Low Pressure Pipe (LPP)
Hello:
I have a lot that I bought for about .50 on the dollar becuase it was approved/perced for a low pressure pipe septic system. I know that cost can run up to 10-15K. I wanted to know if anyone else has had experience with these systems.
I will try to work out an easement agreement with an adjacent property owner that will allow use of a conventional system, but that is a long shot at best.
Worst case scenario is waiting on city water/sewer hook-ups to be available. The city has it in writing that it will be 2 years or less.
