Locating Real Estate Corporations In Formation Process
Does anyone know how to go about locating real estate corporations while they are in the process of being formed? Is there a state by state listing? We are specifically trying to find ones in NY city. I thought there was some sort of public list available after the attorneys file the corporate papers. We want to find these before property is purchased. Thank you for your suggestions.
