Land In N Illinois
Hi,
We have been having a difficult time finding available land for developing in northern illinois. Seems that the big builders are gobbling up parcels before they hit the market. Does anyone have a formula / approach that works... Agents / Listings / Letters to owners.
We are actually developing two projects right now, but I can see that within the next 3-4 months we will need to have 2-3 more projects going.
Any ideas?
