Just Starting Into The Real Estate Buisness
wondering what would be the best way to start, we were thinking of investing in a small multi family dwelling 3-4 units. and also some wooded land perhaps. can you give me some insight on what would be best. I belive the residential would be more beneficial for building equity, but the timber in the right place may pay for the lot itself, any suggestions?
