We are a 20 yr.,$25 mill a yr Homebuilding company looking for private infusion of capital to expand in hottest market in the USA(San Antonio, Texas) We currently have deals,landunder contract with commitments from other large builders to buy our finished lots,in San Antonio.We have enough land with utility entitlements to build out 2000+lots.Will consider giving equity and a piece of the action.
