Investment Terms
hello all, I am in the middle of developing my first sub- division. I have several investors willing to invest in my project on the front end. one of my associates suggested that i offer these investors at least four options to choose from as to how they would receive the return on their investment. This project will consist of 4 phases and a total of 352 units. i am projecting that it will take at least 4 years to complete. does any one have any suggestions on what kind of options i should offer.
