Investing In New Constructions
I know a guy that has been helping investors invest in new constructions for no money down,they have been going back to him over and over again.seems like a good deal they got hooked up in,do you guys know of anyone doing anything like that?
Just curious, are the investors getting the financing to do this or is the builder been carrying the cost? I have read many people on here say they invest in new construction so I'm sure you'll get some insight.
