Hard Money Lender In So. Utah
I am a licensed builder in souther utah where building is booming right now and home sales are higher than ever. I currently build 3-5 homes at any given time but would like to do more due to the fact that building is in fact at an all time high. I would like to find a hard money lender or investor to tie up ground in the reservation stages in new subdivisions before the ground actually records. I can actually reserve the ground and flip the property with no money down when the project records and make a decent profit as well. Please let me know if there is any info that mey help me out.
