I am just looking for some advice on getting GC insurance that wont break the bank. I am in NJ and am looking to get my GC business up and running so it can be hired to do renovation and construction on the properties that we buy with other investors. I am finding the application process extremely difficult and get NO help from the agents. Any advice or leads to a helpfull agent would be great .. and asap i have a deal that will fall through if i dont get up and running within the week..

    Hey Steve,

    If you do any work yourself, make sure the Agent(s) know. True "paper contractors" are tough to place...
