Financing Newly Built Homes?
I posted this in the beginner forum but it probably belongs here.
Anyone have any luck buying new homes from builders that owner finance?
Do they lease/option the property or hold the note?
I'm sure it varies from builder to builder...just wonder if anyone has done it.
