Converting Mobile Home Park
We have a 13 acre plot of land that is now a mobile home park in a small college town in Tennessee - 85% of the mobile homes are rental units and are old homes which require heavy upkeep and maintenance - we would like to convert this land to building lots - land has a multi unit zoning and is in the city with city utilities - having never done anything like this before - where do we begin - any help will be greatly appreciated.
