Convert House At Top Of Subdivision To Commercial?
I am looking at a residential house that has commercial next to it, on a main road with great traffic counts. The problem is that the house sits at the entrance to a subdivision. The subdivision is not marked. Has anyone ever seen a house at the front of a subdivision (marked or unmarked) go commercial? How likely is this?

Well, first check with the pertinent authority and make sure it is even possible to do that.
I have a lot next to a plaza that is in a residential area and apparently only the plaza was allowed commercial zoning - out of "necessity"
