My building has had three seperate business tenants. One tenant had to go. This left a 10,000 sq ft space needing much TI improvement. I have a interested buyer for this space if I can condo the property. There is only one electricalwater,and sewer hook-up. I am trying to find out if condoing is possible.
Look into factory-built condos. I was looking into a condo proj recently and the investor that was selling deals only with prebuilt houses. He was able to provide detailed specs on these condos and it was 30% cheaper than having them built on site.
