Condo Conversion In Charlotte
Im looking into converting a property into condos, have to say that this is my first one and trying to get with an local attorney to advise but hes out of town, any have any advise to give, will be appreciated.
I would contact the local building and zoning department first so they can give you their requirements / info so you know the cost before you do the conversion.
