What is the best timing for opportunities in Comm RE in newly developed residential areas? What are the strategies?



It seems the order of development is residential build up then commercial coming in after to service the new market. (ex. large new suburban areas).



Is the time to act on tying up Comm property in the early stages of residential development or later towards the end?
