Affordable Housing?
In my area, homes sell for an average of $200,000 plus. There is a huge glut of homes for the true first-time home buyers to live in. Light bulb goes off -- opportunity. But the problem is that I can't get a single builder to buy into the idea. Is anyone else experiencing builders and devlopers looking at high end homes only?
