4 Ameripanel House Kits, 0 Experience
Hello Everybody:
what do you think? I plan to get an experienced crew and a crane, hoping they will put up these 4 house kits in a few days. The concrete work, permits, electric and plumming etc. would be sourced locally. Q: where should I start looking for such a crew? Chris the first thing you need to check is how many units you can owner/builder in Ca without a lic.
Any good carpenter can put those together I have buildt two and they are a bit tricky on concrete,crawl spce foundation on an Trus joist type floor system is a little easier.
When I was a little younger(lot) I worked on a preframe panel crew and we were getting about ten to twelve house a day!
with a day for interior "pickup" and detail.
