Writing Contracts
Do all you have premade contracts already? Specifically for Flip contracts. Is there a place to get one free? What is the main thing to look for when finding a property? I am really new. I talked to one of those 'guru guys'. Wanted me to pay like $3000 to get started. I am very serious in getting started. But i dont wanna go out and find one then wonder. "Where do i get a contract and what to put?" This is all very confusing, the best one i personaly think for me is the Flip method starting out. Just dunno exactly what to start with. I know i rambled on. Just really want to get a leg up and get out there.
