there are a lot of tv show on how to make money on real real estate. each of these programs always have say if u buy my program i will show u how to make money. do u think thes programs are real. also has anyone ever hear of robert allen and has anyone ever attended his workshops.

This may be one of the most asked questions on any board. Does it really work?
My analogy would be, two people start in the mailroom of a major corporation. They both have the same training, they both have the same opportunites for advancement.
One goes on to become the president of the company the other is still in the mail room.
Their are those that take what they learn and go on to become the president of the company and those that find a comfort level in the mail room.
So you decide where you want to go not Robert Allen or any other course writer, course writers give you the information what you as an individual do with that information is what really counts.
Robert Allen from what I understand has been around for a long time, you will find I'm sure, their are those that went on to success and those that did not.
