William Bronchick
Has anyone had any experience with this guy? His "Alternative Real Estate Financing" course looks interesting. Any thoughts on if this (or another course) would be a good place to start for a newbie investor with Analysis Paralysis?
I don't know about Bronchicks "Alternative" program,but I did buy his "Flipping Properties" and it's a good primer...but I recommend Ron Legrand's Quick Turn cash flow system.

I own the "flipping properties" book also, and I enjoyed every word.
The best thing to do is check out all of the real estate investor sites like this one. They provide free "how to articles" on just about every aspect of the business. That may save you some money at the start. Then figure which road you want to go down and decide what course is out there that will cover it.
