Will Builders Owner Finance?
Anyone have any luck buying new homes from builders that owner finance?
Do they lease/option the property or hold the note?

Yes they do. Here in florida they will do whatever it takes to sell the property. Keep in mind they need to show there investors that the properties are sold before moving to the next one. So try and help them do that and you will do well.
