Real Estate Brokers are helpful if you wish to be active in the field of real estate.

You see they are almost always involved in representing Buyers and Sellers.

I have noticed among my fellow TCI'ers a tendency to downplay the roll of the Real Estate Broker, they view him as some sort of a rock in their path of conquest.

I must confess that yes I am a Real Estate Broker, overeducated, overpaid and over here. But you would be amazed at the Speculators, Bottom Feeders and other types who ask me for Consulting Appointments. No it is not just because I know so many beautiful women, it is because I have been doing this so long that I have made every mistake in the book and along my stumbling path I have learned so much.

Do you really thing that Mr. Muscles Arnold our new Governor made all of his money in B and lower Movies? No all of his millions were made with the help of two of the smartist Goniff Real Estate Brokers/Consultants in the business. Of course his wife was helpfull, she is a Kennedy and knows a great deal about brick work. But the real direction was done by these two geniuses.

I have been employed by Mr. Hughes when he bought all that desert land, I was the one that met all the Coyotes and closed the deal. Yes I am the one that gave all that bad advice to M.Penn Phillips when he sold all that desert land to most of the movie coloney. I believe they call it Palm Springs now.

My suggestion is to get next to an active Broker and let him clue you in and on that knowledge go on to glory.

    The end. Lunch anyone? Lucius
