I personally like pentagon federal cu, which requires you to be a officer or family member of one, or make a (1x ?) $50 donation to a NPO for families of the military.

Most investors opt for a Home Equity Line of Credit for investment purposes rather than a refi.
Usually no closing costs with a HELOC, not too much of a interest hit.... and you only pay interest when you use the money.
