What Would You Do With 50K?
I just recieved $50K (after taxes). I've got business experience, but besides buying and selling my own homes, have never invested in RE. I figure I'll take this 50K and invest it in Real Estate. Any ideas on what you would do with 50K? 
invest in your education before you invest in RE. know or have a feel for what type of REI you want to do. It's not as easy as I want to buy a house. the more important questions would be how, where, and why.
this site list tons of ways to invest, find one you like and learn that process before you buy anything. your education is the most valuable asset.

I would buy a $2,000 1/80th share in a limited liability partnership called Properties Unlimited. I would cross my fingers and hope that Lucius Foster the General Partner can turn shipping containers into advanced 21st Century houses on the fireswept lots of Southern California.
