What To Write To The Owner
Greetings,
I just found the address of the owner for a house I am interested in. Does anyone have a document they use when mailing a letter to the owner to see if they are interested in selling? How do I figure out how much I should offer? The Property Detail Report that I got says Prior Sale Info 85K in 1984. Last Market Sale, 15,500 in 1988. The last Market Sale says "Sale Type, Partial". Does anyone know what the partial means? Looking forward to your replies. Thank You in advance.
