What should a bird dog put on their business cards as far as title? Do you put Investor, or do you put Bird Dog?

    I'd put investor, you want people to call you too and having bird dog muight dissuade them.

    Consider -Buy/Sell/Trade REI- as one of your bullets
    on your card. Great way to get people to ask you questions & qualify them as a poss. lead. Mark

    I would put-"We have buyers 4 Houses"

    This is a good way to get anxious/motivated sellers.
