What To Look For?
I will be purchasing a 2-flat building in the next few months. I am a first time home buyer. What kinds of things should I look for, when searching for duplexes, as not to get stuck with a bad investment (i.e. windows, furnace, etc.)?
Also, are their seminars or books or anything on-line where I can obtain a more in-depth overview of investing in duplexes?
