I own a property that has some equity in it but is not paid off. what is the best way to extract the equity to invest in another propertie. I am new to this so please bare with me all opinions will be helpful. Thank you.

    One idea,

    Home equity Line of Credit: HELOC

    It allows an 'open checkbook' on the equity you have in your house.

    Just my .02.
