Could anyone please explain what an Equity Spread is?
I admit I have never heard this term before. Would you tell us the context in which this term is used? Maybe we can figure it out.
I have heard this term used to refer to the profit margin in a deal. For instance the home is worth $100k fixed up and needs $10k repairs and can be bought for $40k. They would say this has a $50k "equity spread" or profit margin.
