I have this investor that wants me to give him some information, plus a tax roll. I am not sure what that is can someone help me.

Perhaps if you told us what information the investor is asking for, we can get a clue from the context.
The investor wants Owners name/number , comps and tax roll.
From the context, I would agree with the others that the investor is asking for the amount of the most recently assessed property tax.
