Your best investment would probally be hook up with a LLC or a investor network that has money and is very happy to take in people who can make them money.

Do you mean to scout 4 them or just apprentice under them?

    Hello

I would say that wholesale properties are the best way to begin. You have to do some legwork yourself but the risk is minimal than other techniques. Read the Flipping/Wholesale forum to get and idea of the process. You will just be placing the property under contract then assigning the contract over to a more experienced investor. This way you have no real ownership of the property and you have an inspection out clause if the deal falls through.

    Good Luck
