What Does Lien Sold Status Mean???
while out farming i came upon 5 distressed propperties in a very nice area. i looked them up on the tax website and while three are behind on taxes as far as april 03 the other two say
"This property is in LIEN SOLD status"
last payments are listed as far back as 1994 on these two. is it safe to say that the houses were already bought by and investor for rehabbing or what??
what would be the next step for the other 3 houses?
