What Does A Good Deal "look-like"
When you guys are driving around neighborhoods looking for properties what is it that you are looking for???(besides For Sale signs or any financials)
Is there something in-paticular you are looking for??
Are there things you can see from the road that make you interested in the property? (besides For Sale signs and financials)
I would greatly appreciate any knowledge or insight you might have!!!
When I do my drive buys I look for utility shut off tags, vacant homes, homes that are not being cared for and the preferable blanket acting as a curtain in the living room.
