i was wondering what do birddogs do. Do they just find the property that is in destres or do they get you comps make appoitment collect all the information.. thank you...

    What a birddog does depends on

    #1 What the investor is looking for and...

    #2 What they want to get paid

    Simple as that. Full Service Birddogs that "do it all" for the investors command a higher price for more work.
