Want To Start Bird Dogging
Hello,
I am located in San Antonio, Tx, and would sincerely like to get into real estate investing, particularly flipping at some point in the near future. My current job allows me PLENTY of free time. I was wondering, how to get started as a bird dog, while I learn the aspects of investing. How do I go about finding buyers, and more importantly, what kind of information should I be looking for from the houses. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

In my county we have a website that the recorder of deeds puts out that lists everything you ever wanted to know about a property. I would maybe look thru your state/county website to see if they have a site as well. Our website provides you with the last 10 sales & is pretty up to date & free! No joining.
maybe do a keyword search for : county name, Tax parcel"
