Virtual Reality Farming Programs
Now that I have you're attention..lol.
I have a rather unusual question. Not you're typical "Should I do a Wrap instead of a PMM on this property" question. I am still very new to Real Estate and i'm currently in college taking my RE course for my RE licence.
Although time consuming, I believe becoming an expert in a small specific portion of a city is not too complex or difficult for me. But, lets say I wanted to farm a larger portion, say 1/4th, 1/2 or even more than that of my home city. I doubt there would be enough hours in the day to maintain up to date data on each property in my 1/2 portion of my city using paper and pen or even a computer spreadsheet....which leads me to my question. Does anyone know if any computer farming programs exist to make the job somehow less time consuming so that productivity could be increased? I may be dreaming, but I wonder if there are any virtual reality-type maps with each property, neighborhood, and commercial building set up exactly how it looks in real life with all data provided when you click on a residential or commercial unit. Man, if something like that existed, life would be so much easier as an REI. Anyways, back to my main question, Are there any good programs worth looking into that can assist with farming particular areas? Thanks
There are several pay websites that keep the historical data of each city, but it is costly. The informatin can be gotten by entering in each address, but a "point and click" map isnt available. At least as far as I am aware of. The costs range from a monthly fee to pay per view of each document.
As far as pictures of each property go, The only historical data I have seen even close to that are satellite imagery offered on the net as well for free, but that really doesnt help.
