Christian, Try searching GOOGLE. It appears that you can petition the courts for a "WRIT OF MANDAMUS" After a hearing the courts can issue the writ you seek. It seems like it may be a good idea to get an attorney involved in this one. If it's truly what you need. Christian, What is it that you're trying to accomplish by using this writ? Maybe that would help us identify it. I've never heard the term "unconditional writ".
