Trustee And Beneficiaries...

When Creating a Land Trust can the Trustee be an LLC, if at the same time the officers of the LLC are also the beneficiaries? Can the trustee be a member of the LLC if the LLC is the beneficiary? This is in Arizona BTW[ Edited by BiGWaVe on Date 03/28/2004 ]

    Yes, The trustee can be a member of the LLC that is listed as the beneficiary.

    I would not make the "LLC" the trustee in a multi-member LLC though, Too many variables.
