To All Newbie Wanna Be Birddogs
Please dont say your a bird dog untill you have started hitting the streets. I started as a wholesaler who have sold deals to big time investers i now need bird dogs. i am tired of so call birddogs asking me be placed on their list who cant find deals . please show us action in the street ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** am sorry for the rant .
sounds like you have been burned! Do you tell these people what you require from them, and the type of properties and how much you are willing to spend? It seems like everyone wants a deal but some people its like pulling teeth trying to figure out the specifics of the deal they want. Make them show some previous deals they have done so you know they are serious bird dogs. Good luck!

I am sorry for my rant. i have done those things understanding i was just like them, i even took some out to dinner to explain and show. if some would just do what we say they will get deals stop reading and making list. everybody wants to hide behind the easy stuff.
