This Might Be It...!
Hello all. I THINK we might have pre-qualified for the mortgage of the rental property we're hoping to buy! I'll know for sure tomorrow at 9:30 am!
I'm starting to get nervous...now that we're potentially very close...don't want to slip-up on anything...
To recap...the property (provided it isn't under contract because it took so long to nail the financing) is a duplex, both units presently occupied by Section-8 tenants. Listed with a broker who represents the estate of a decedent who had a portfolio of 18 properties.
I have prepared a cash flow analysis worksheet and some other general "checkpoints" in Excel...would anybody please be kind enough to check it out and make sure I have covered my bases, and if I'm not considering some important things, please point them out! Would be very much appreciated!!!!
