Thanks so much for your responses on my topic. I will continue to look for other deals that have a better profit margin, and a little cheaper first time round. I'm am still new and want to make solid investments, so I'll do some more shopping around before I decide to buy. I don't want to be impatience and take the first thing that comes my way. Thanks. :)
