What is the whole sponsoring thing?

I can get my license through Uniiversity of Texas at UTA but I have a construction company and dont want to work for someone else.

    There may be a broker who will allow you to give referrals to the office and make some money. In my state they exist. After you get a license they want $, so a lead from you is what they convert to $

    Cole,
    There are many different wys to get sponsored some brokers may carge you a monthly "sitting" fee for you to hang your liense. Might try your local real estate investment club.
