Ted Thomas Seminar
Ted Thomas is having a "free" seminar here in S. Florida. I haven't really heard anything good about this fellow, so I was wondering if anyone has been to his seminars, and is it worth the nine hours to sit through it.

He is the biggest huckster out there. Blow it off. He has this canned pitch that he does EVERY time, and he just wants you to buy his info thinking there is some tremendous easy opportunity out there in tax liens and deeds, and it is total B.S.
If you are interested in that stuff, start on the internet for free, learn all you can first, then start wading into the sea
