There are meny properties through the
country with tax leans on them. How can these properties be purchased, from other than the owners.

    Hello James,
    Welcome. Tax leins are handled differently in different states. Basically there are two major differences between them. There are states that issue Tax Certificates, and and States that issue Tax Deeds. To learn more about Tax Liens, check out the Tax Lien Forum right here on this web site.
