Successful Marketing Techniques???
I am fairly new to the REI business although I did just purchase a wonderful apartment building in New York. In considering marketing techniques - I have ads in my local paper, I've sent postcards, I've give my business card out to just about everybody under the sun, and I have not received ONE bite on a preforeclosure or just basic motivated seller. I am in the suburban Philadelphia area, and there are TONS of preforeclosures listed on services such as Realtyrtrac, etc... but I've had zero success getting new business. Any suggestions????
