Subject 2's Are You Paying Title Insurance, Mortgage Recording Tax Ect.?

What fees are you guys paying on your subject to's concerning closing costs: title insurance, tranfer tax, mortage recording tax? Are you also recording a new deed in your name or just getting a deed signed and not recording it?

    I'm paying for a title search, and I get added to the existing insurance policy. I also pay a transfer tax, and record the deed. I take title in a land trust, "The (Seller's Last Name) Family Trust, is the name on the deed along with my trustee. I don't do anything in my name for assest protection purposes.
