Spec Homes
i revently purchased two lots,,,i plan on having spec homes built on them,,,i met a contrator who told me how he works with his investors,,the investor supplies the lot and he builds the house they then split the profit when sold,,,i havent got all the particulars yet but am looking into it,,,any info on this type of deal,,,,
You better check and see if there is a homeowner's association and what the neighborhood restrictions are is any on the size, style of house, whether the garage has to be attatched, etc. Do you due diligence!
