  Sounds way too good to be true.......But if it is and you arent all over it someone else will be.....get in and start asking questions and get rolling on it.....

  If this is accurate you should ne there! There worst of LA you could not touch for that. Sounds like there is something squirrely here.

  I should say that I am Canadian and 90210 is the only Zip code I know to make this site work.

  In some areas of the countries properties are very cheap. In others the same house would be valued tenfold.

  Either the floor person doesn't like the agent or they just don't feel like responding to me. I just posted it yesterday. Not months ago.
  The agents lack of effort is almost promising. Maybe that's why noone has scooped it up.
