hi this is Dora here. I have some questions as a beggining investror: what is the best way to learn about market value of real estae in my target area? where to find info about crime in the target area? I would like to use the the site sell any house quick. I want to be a buyer who is looking for motivated sellers. I do not get the idea of biding. Thanks Dora

    i dont really understand your question, but if you want to find out about the market value of properties go to www.realtor.com and just do some research
